Equipment 

This is a home-based training program, all workouts can be performed without equipment, however we suggest the following basics: a set of 10lb dumbbells, ankle weights, jump rope and cloth or small rubber resistance bands 

Work Outs

We designed this program to provide the best quality workouts in a short amount of time. Most workouts will last 10, 20 or 30 min!
