Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Yes, however most package plans of 8 or more sessions & our Lifestyle 30/90 day plans include a customized nutrition plan at no additional cost! We want to ensure all of our clients reach their goals! Whether it is weight loss, weight gain, building muscle or to get lean. We believe that nutrition and exercise go hand in hand to achieve the best possible results. 

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

What makes us different is that we cater to our clients personal needs and desires above all else. We listen to their concerns and lifestyle challenges and create workable, obtainable exercise and nutrition plans that are customized to their needs.  Even though we do offer virtual group training classes and Facebook group challenges, our primary focus is coaching each individual client based on their specific goals.

When you train with us you are our focus,  you get full on personalized attention with opportunity to join our group classes & challenges as an added bonus to your program.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

We recommend the following home fitness equipment: 

  • a yoga mat

  • medicine ball 

  • weighted slam ball 

  • jump rope 

  • resistance bands 

  • dumbbell set 

  • kettle bell

  • ankle weights 

  • ab wheel 

  • stepper 

  • weight bench with plates and barbell (for advanced training) 

While these are all great to have on hand they are not required to get a great workout and create the body you desire.​

Do you train clients in person or is it all virtual training?

Yes, we train clients in person, in a gym setting or in their home gym.  However, due to Covid-19 we have limited our in person training schedule to keep everyone safe and avoid the unnecessary spread of the virus. We hope to be more flexible with our in person training schedule in the upcoming year. 

 

Travel cost may apply for in person training outside of the Hartford county area.
