Intro to Strength Training and toning

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape. All fitness levels are welcome, some equipment resistance will be used. Preparation suggestions for clients who book this class are to: have a small home gym, be in the gym, or have a set of dumbbells, barbell with weights, bench, medicine ball, kettle bell and yoga stability ball if possible.
