Body Krush LLC. will contact you by email once the meal plan is purchased. You will be provided a breif health and nutrition questionare. Once that is recieved you will get your customized plan within 72 hours of the returned information. Note: All Nutrion plans come with 1 free edit within the first week to ensure clients are fully satisfied with their purchase.
