This challenge is designed to build our core strength and slim our waistline! Yes, Tiny waist and a cute face lol!!

Example Announcements: Our core is the most important body part to work out. It’s the glue that keeps everything else together. Let’s start this summer off right with some rock hard abs, or at least better than where we started!

Your time is valuable:

This is your time to get it in. You won’t have to count reps just have your favorite timer on hand, a workout mat (or towel) and you are ready to begin. In addition to not having to count reps, during this 100 day challenge you’ll only need to train core 10-15 min a day to be effective so this workout should be the quickest one of your day!

Where to find the Monthly Challenge Calendar:

The 30 day calendar will be posted on the 1st of each month thru August 31 you will find these in the announcements section of this group!

A new change to this group is that you will all be invited to attend a weekly live ab class taught by me, where I will demo some of my signature ab circuits I conduct with my clients. I’ll share tips and answer any questions once the live is complete.

Throughout the challenge I will post tips and post videos I encourage you all to do the same!

Let’s make it fun and keep everyone motivated for the next 100 Days of Core!
